How to be one hell of a kisser

A good kiss can lead to better and hotter things as they progress. To be a sensational kisser, you have to be in control.

Suppose you and your partner have just started kissing and you are about to shift your gears to a deeper kiss, then you should gently start to take the lead by placing your hands on either side of her face and guiding your lips in. When you cup her face in your palms during the kiss, you control the amount of pressure of your mouth on her and she also feels the warmth of your hand on her skin.

You should be at least a little vocal during your lovemaking and post lovemaking about how kissing her turns you on. You should let her know that she has an exciting effect on you and her breath makes you all the more crazy for her. It is important to not only tell your girl how gorgeous she is, but also that she is great kisser. Women also do have egos and flattery hurt no one.

Strive to give the right pressure of your lips on hers. You do not have to have luscious lips, you do not have to be Mr. Macho and you do not have to have a flat stomach and cute butt. These are not qualifications to be a good kisser. What is needed is the interest to make your woman feel nice. Your mind is the biggest sex organ and your lips are the twin warriors in the game of love and lust.

Practice makes you perfect. To incorporate new kissing techniques, you can look in a mirror and watch yourself kiss your arm or hand. Imagine how the heat of her lips will feel on yours, how arousing her breath will be, how sweet her saliva will taste and try to imagine every texture and aspect of her lips. This may sound silly but when you are totally in it and concentrate on the sensation, you will get more confidence and flow during the actual kiss.

A woman's body is the free range of sensitive zones, which are kiss worthy. You can kiss her earlobe or graze your lips behind her ears. You can softly place your lips on the tip of her nose and give her a cute kiss. The kiss, which you can lay on the back of her neck, can be really romantic to her.

You make sure that in deep kissing (French kissing), you do not cause harm to her. She should not pass out by the force of your kisses. You should tilt to your head to one side while kissing so that her nose is not blocked.

A good kisser is recognized for his sexy breath. Stay away from odorous food like onions, garlic, fish etc when you know you will kiss her. Make sure that you brush your teeth or floss before going out on a date with her. If you have to eat a meal with her, see that you have a mint with you that you can pop in after you have finished eating.

An exceptional kisser is skilled at French kissing. He is confident that the magic of his tongue can do to amazing things to any woman. As an exceptional kisser, try and keep her guessing about your moves. Kiss her a little, look at her eyes and stroke her face or hair. Then go for a lip-lock again as you caress her sweet spots. Leave her lips and look at her with wanton lust or desire. You will see the same sort of magnetism in her eyes because she has been left high and dry for a moment.

Believe it! These females have penises

It may sound obnoxiously bizarre but these females have penis-like organs that leave males gasping for more. They even mate for an impressive 40-70 hours!

In a first such case, researchers have discovered cave insects in Brazil with rather novel sex lives.

The insects belonging to the genus Neotrogla are the first example of an animal with sex-reversed genitals.

"Although sex-role reversal has been identified in several different animals, Neotrogla is the only example in which the intromittent organ is also reversed," said Kazunori Yoshizawa from Hokkaido University in Japan.

During copulation, female insects insert an elaborate, penis-like organ into males' much-reduced, vagina-like opening.

The researchers speculate that the insects' sex organs and sex-role reversal may have been driven over evolutionary time by the resource-poor cave environment in which the bugs live.

"Males of the genus provide females with nutritious seminal gifts in addition to sperm, making it advantageous for females to mate at a higher rate," Yoshizawa added.

To learn more, the researchers observed the mating behaviour to find that the penis-like structure, termed the gynosome, is inserted into males and used to receive generous capsules of nourishment and sperm.

Once inside a male, the membranous part of the female gynosome inflates and numerous spines internally anchor the two insects together.

Neotrogla offers new opportunities to test ideas about sexual selection, conflict between the sexes, and the evolution of novelty, the researchers noted.

The study was published in the journal Current Biology.

Condoms to act as wingman in bedroom

A new condom has been created to give clumsy males some help in the bedroom, which can be easily put on with just one hand.

The makers of the Wingman condom also claim that it is the thinnest condom on the market and can be "put on easily in the dark", Metro.co.ukreported. It works by rolling the condom down until the 'wings' release. The product recently won the IF Design Award 2014 in the category of medicine/health/care and is currently available to buy in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Girls fantasise abut sex better than boys do

Not just teenage boys but teenage girls also fantasise about sex in the same fashion, and better.

There is no difference between boys and girls when it comes to what types of sex they fantasise about, research reveals.

Also, there are no differences in the proportion of girls and boys who think that their sexual behaviour is influenced by pornography to a great extent.

Boys and girls who watch pornography have a more favourable attitude to pornography than those who do not, the researchers commented.

"Among the most sexually-experienced adolescents, there was a perception that girls and boys are equally interested in sex which is a positive finding from the perspective of gender equality," explained Magdalena Mattebo from Uppsala University in Sweden.

Mattebo investigated the sexual experiences and pornography consumption of more than 800, 16-year-old Swedish upper-secondary school students.

It was unexpected that more than every 10th girl in the group stated that they watch pornography less than they would like to.

"It was also unexpected that there was no difference between girls and boys regarding fantasies about sexual acts," Mattebo added.

An equal proportion of girls and boys said that pornography influences their sexual behaviour.

The girls in the study were more sexually experienced than the boys when it comes to oral, vaginal and anal sex.

But there were no differences between them concerning various types of sexual partners such as buddy sex, one-night-stands and group sex, the study noted.

Based on traditional stereotyped gender roles, it was not surprising that the adolescents in the study had a more favourable attitude to boys having many different sex partners compared to the attitude towards girls having many different sex partner.

The study has been published in Journal of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.

Low testosterone for a lasting relationship

High testosterone may be good for super sex but it is low testosterone that can help you keep your partner for long, a study reveals.

"The findings suggest that once people are in a relationship, lower levels of testosterone may be beneficial - or may reflect better ongoing relationship dynamics," said Robin Edelstein, an associate professor of psychology at University of Michigan.

Low testosterone levels may be a good thing for both men and women.

Previous studies have examined how testosterone levels are associated with the quality of men's relationships, but this is among the first studies to demonstrate the association among women.

The study used data from 39 heterosexual couples whose ages ranged from 18 to 31 and were in relationships from two months to seven years.

Researchers concluded that the quality of a person's relationship was associated with his/her own and his/her partner's testosterone levels.

The findings appeared in the journal Hormones and Behavior.

Futuristic inside and out (Picture: Daan Roosegaard)

A dress from Netherlands goes see-through when you are turned on. Will it have takers in Mumbai?

Imagine this: You are at an office party. The colleague you have the hots for walks in. In a matter of seconds, your dress turns seethrough. Best thing to happen or worst nightmare?

Netherlands-based Studio Roosegaarde has invented a futuristic dress that they call Intimacy 2.0. This number is quite in sync with your hormones, turning transparent when your heart races during a turn-on moment. It has strategically placed leather strips that are embedded with electronic-foils around the bust area. Underneath the garment, tiny invisible sensors detect changes in your body temperature and heart rate to allow the dress to change colour. Unfortunately, since it detects physical changes in the wearer's body, even excitement, fear and anxiety can cause the same effect.

Its designer Daan Roosegaarde hopes to have pieces out in the market. Will it have takers?

How to tell if someone's into you (Without the dress)

Chances that your date will turn up in Intimacy 2.0 on your night out, are, well, slim. Here's an old-school guide to figuring if you can go past the goodnight kiss.

For the guys

The hair toss: Women toy with their hair when interacting with men they like. But if the twirling is consistent, there's a chance she is not certain about you yet.

The brush: This one has to be tackled with supreme subtlety. But if she brushes her arm against yours, touches you lightly on the shoulder or simply moves her chair/ stool closer to you, you stand a chance.

The distance: If she is sitting, facing you and her arms are not crossed (leaning towards you), there's a chance she may want to reduce the distance between the two of you.

For the ladies

Tough talk: Men show off their skills to impress women. This could mean talking about how gruelling the day's workout was. If he looks at you for a reaction, there may be something brewing.

Keeping pace: Research shows that when a man is walking with a woman he is attracted to, he slows down or increases his pace to match hers. Test him. Go for a walk.

The lip part: Check to see if his lips part when you are in the middle of a cosy conversation.

The 3-second rule: Research says humans hold eye contact for 3 seconds or more if they are sexually interested in someone (or wish to kill them). If it's not the latter, you are on the right road.

'Bad idea!' Vinnat vazirani, 24 (Marketing head at a kids' furniture store)
This country doesn't appreciate discussing sexual feelings. It's still not okay to get intimate on your first date, and this is a dress that says, bring it on! You can't wear it in public, not even at a club, even if the wearer is someone who is comfortable with her body.

'It'll ruin the mystery' Neel Bagchi, 23 (Sales and marketing professional)
It may work in tiny social circles, but it's still going to raise a few eyebrows. I do find the concept of the turn-on 'signal' interesting. Perhaps something less daunting, like a ring that changes colour, might be a better option. I wouldn't want my date to wear the dress. Figuring if a woman is interested is the fun part of meeting someone new. This one ruins the mystery.

'I'd rather use my eyes' Teena Singh, 25 (Actor and art/music curator)
To each his own, of course. So, while the concept is interesting, you won't find me trying on something like this. When it comes to sharing my feelings, I'm rather old school. I'd rather use eye contact, body language and my smile to get the message across.

'Works as kink in the bedroom' Pooja Sinha, 28 (Freelance content writer)
I'm sure this is a dream-come-true for the guys, but it's a ridiculous idea. Imagine sweating with anxiety over something and your dress decides to send out the 'I'm turned on' signal. Why not let men figure out what's going on in a woman's mind by reading non-verbal signs? The dress is not for me, but it may just work as a kinky tool in the bedroom.

'Smaller' size keeps women loyal to men

Does size of your penis worry you a lot? Stop thinking and get on with the act as a study reveals that women are more loyal to men with 'smaller' penises.

A team of researchers from the US and Kenya found that there was a strange link between the size of the penis and infidelity in a marriage.

Contrary to what many men may assume, they found that men with bigger penises are more likely to have wives who cheat on them.

"The reason is that women experience more painful sex when their partner is 'big'. That prompts them to seek another partner whom they may have more pleasurable sex," the study noted.

The study was conducted among the fishermen community in Lake Victoria in Kisumu County, Kenya.

One of the women said that she had to look for another man with a "smaller one" so that she could "do it in a way" she could enjoy.

According to the study, published in the journal PloS One, other possible reasons of a woman's infidelity in a marriage include denying her a preferred sex position as well as domestic violence.

Extramarital affairs may also happen when a woman is sexually dissatisfied, the study, reported by International Business Times, said.

Married women cheat for the thrill

People have often wondered what drives married women to cheat on their husbands. According to a US dating website for "casual encounters", a woman is more prone to cheat at certain stress points in her life, notably right before turning 40.

Women also say that they cheat because they either don't feel loved or there is an emotional void in their marriages. Rest say that they cheat for the thrill of it.

Statistics have shown that 21 per cent of married men have had an affair, compared to 15% of married woman. However, number for women has increased in the last two decades, nearly up to 40%.

XP Migration – 3 Things You Need To Do Now

Migrating to Windows 8? Read on to find out about the three important things you need to do now.
Congratulations on making the decision to migrate to a new OS! Here’s a list of three actions you can to undertake to have a seamless migration over the Windows 8.
  • Deciding on a migration date
With Windows XP end-of-support targeted for April 2013, you’ll need to complete your migration then or run the risk of using unsupported software, with potentially a need to sign an expensive custom support agreement.
  • Rationalizing your application portfolio
This is a good chance to reduce the number of apps in your environment and set an agile testing process. Start categorizing your apps on criticality for business; check for apps redundancy and older versions and look for apps that are used by the key groups of users within the organization and so on.
  • Evaluate scenarios for Windows 8
Which new Windows Apps can I further leverage to improve my productivity and processes? What’s the best BYOD plan that fits my business to enable my workforce to work on the go? What’s the best device mix that allows me to maintain productivity and mobility? All these are questions that will help you after your migration as you determine the capabilities and devices that are to be deployed in your business.

Add sex to exercise for better calorie burning !

Can we compare the bedroom act with a real workout in terms of calorie consumption or one should adopt both to have a super life?

Sure, we can.

According to researchers, sexual activity burned around four calories per minute for men and three per minute for women - qualified as moderate intensity exercise as per the Metabolic Equivalent of Task (MET) or simply metabolic equivalent.

The average time of a sexual act in the study was 25 minutes, including foreplay.

"It would result in about 75 calories burned for women and 100 for men which is not a bad score," the researchers added.

Sex also strengthens the immune system, boosts heart health and banish stress.

But sex should not replace regular exercise.

"Rather, sex and exercise should both be incorporated into your routine on a regular basis to have a greater quality of life," study author Antony D. Karelis told Men's Journal.

But like with any workout, the more vigorously you do it, the greater the calorie expenditure you can see!

Porn makes women sick

Do not try to force your lady to watch porn movies or explicit images as viewing porn out of context can make her feel sick, a Dutch study has revealed.

A woman's body immediately goes on the defensive when seeing porn out of context. It can immediately induce nausea, the study added.

"It is just like when you see disgusting food. The emotion that is triggered by for example the smell, ensures that you do not want to eat it," said Charmaine Borg from Groningen University in the Netherlands.

To reach this conclusion, researchers used an MRI scanner to measure neurological responses in 20 healthy women to a variety of images.

These included nausea-inducing as well as images of explicit sexual penetration. No faces were shown.

"The results showed a strong overlap in the areas of the brain that became active while viewing the nausea-inducing images and those depicting pornographic scenes," the researchers were quoted as saying.

The response could be explained by women's higher susceptibility to sexual infection in comparison to men, the study, reported by British newspaper Independent, noted.

27 things men do in bed that women hate?

We threw the question out to Facebook, what things do men do in bed that  women hate?
And the answers were so hilarious we nearly snorted tea out of our nose (but we didn’t, promise). They were also achingly true.
Read the 27 things below - which contains adult content (obviously, but you’ve been warned) - and then maybe print it out and leave it where your boyfriend can see it…
1. ‘When they try to recreate sex positions that they’ve obviously seen on some online porn site, and you end up basically doing a headstand, looking a mess and having to listen to them say: “You’re loving that aren’t you babes?” Err, no.’
2. ‘When you’re on top and they’re just staring at you and it’s like, ahhh what face do I pull? So you just close your eyes and hope for the best.’
3. ‘When they ask YOU to put the condom on. Just no.’
4. ‘When they think it’s sexy to spank you so hard that you just want to turn around and punch them in the face.’
5. ‘When they just stop, and it’s like, “hello? Did you hear me orgasm?” No.’
6. ‘Asking “do you like that?” How about just don’t talk and see if I look like I don’t want to kill myself/watch Family Guy over your shoulder.’

7. ‘When you give them a blow job and they start f*****g your face as if you don’t have a gag reflex. How about I’m sick all over your penis?’
8. ‘When they ask you to strip (which is always awkward – what music do you put on?) and then your skinny jeans get stuck round your ankles.’
9. ‘When they see random things they’ve read online and think they’re a good idea. Err no, I don’t want ice rubbed all over my body.’
10. ‘When you’re in the middle of foreplay and they thrust a finger up your bum with NO warning.’
11. ‘When they drag it out because they’re waiting for you to orgasm first. You’re going to be waiting a while for that…’
12. ‘Trying to go down on you in the morning when you’re feeling really unsexy and unclean. Just gross.’
13. ‘Putting their fingers in all your holes at once like they’re playing some sort of instrument. Far too confusing, you just don’t know what’s going on down there.’

14. ‘When they think it’s a good idea to stick objects in you. Just no.’
15. ‘Casually trying to have anal sex without asking and without lube. It does not just slip in there.’
16. ‘Being so aggressive with their hands during foreplay that they pretty much give you internal bleeding and bruising.’
17. ‘Nipple biting. It just f*****g hurts.’
18. ‘Pulling your hair so hard you scream and your eyes water.’
19. ‘Baggy boxers. Eww.’
20. ‘Man stubble. And not the type that’s on his face.’
21. ‘When a bloke wants to do 69 but insists he’s on top, so you basically suffocate under his smelly sack. Vom.’
22. ‘Eating fried chicken before a blow job. Pretty much the worst taste imaginable.’

23. ‘When men rush foreplay and think you’re going to orgasm from 27 seconds of finger pumping.’
24. ‘Wanting to cum on your face, in your hair, in your eyes.’
25. ‘Being passive aggressive when they can’t make you orgasm. So sexy.’
26. ‘Trying to remove underwear with their teeth. What even is that?’
27. ‘Not cleaning properly. It’s not attractive to taste urine.’

Most men last only 2 minutes in bed

Men won't like this. Women won't enjoy this. But the truth is out. An astonishing 45 per cent of men finish sex too quickly - in flat two minutes!

"Two minutes is way too speedy for the average woman to be able to have an orgasm through vaginal penetration alone," famous author Harry Fisch was quoted as saying on nerve.com.

Fisch has just released his new book titled "The New Naked: The Ultimate Sex Education for Grown-Ups" that is loaded with such information.

According to Fisch, the average duration is 7.3 minutes-only four minutes less than women's "ideal time".

The report supports the earlier theory of sex researcher Alfred Kinsey, whose research in the 1940s and 1950s concluded that three-quarters of men usually ejaculated within two minutes.

In an earlier paper published in Journal of Sexual Medicine, Czech psychologists Petr Weiss and Stuart Brody found that women's chance of having an orgasm was much more highly correlated with duration of sex than of foreplay, the report added.
